First time down loading turbotax from amazon. cannot fine the the code number in my pc

Have email from amazon has a license number but back side cut off. LB7V59J2.

amazon digital delivery confirmation order #D01-[phone number removed]456.

Have called to help line which sent me back to the same page I was looking at.

I believe you will need to contact Amazon about this anomaly.

You can try TurboTax Support, but they will most likely direct you to Amazon customer service.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)
