Installer Not Working

Installer for Turbotax does not work.

I have Downloaded the Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download Application but once I run it the task bar will fill and nothing will happen. I have exhausted every step in the troubleshooter.

when "adding expenses for this work" I cannot find options for entering mileage for a vehicle. Where can I enter the mileage driven for work?
