Hi folks,
I installed TT 2020 on a desktop computer yesterday via the CD. Now I want to install TT 2020 on a laptop via download. I have a picture of the activation code (physical CD is at my in laws), but when I enter it online, it says the activation code is tied to another TT account, which is confusing because I never logged into another account when I installed it on the desktop. Aren't you allowed to install one license of TT on up to 5 computers?

Yes. I and several other users have that same exact problem. There is no solution yet for this specific situation. If you call in and find out anything please post back either way.

Thanks for the reply, @VolvoGirl . I'll give that a shot on Monday if it's slow at work. Wasn't sure if there was more information in the forums yet hence my post, but I guess not.
As promised, I have returned, @VolvoGirl. Their fix was to give me a new license code. They said buying from Costco and other retailers, it might not be able to be distinguished that there are still valid installs remaining.
Thanks for posting back. Did the new code work for you? Do they just tell you the code over the phone or put something in your account?
They placed an order for me that cost $0.00 that came with a new activation code. I can access this order and its activation in the Downloads section of my account. I have not tested the new code yet, but will do so this evening.
