INSTALLATION PROBLEMS: TURBOTAX DELUXE 2023 CD VERSION

I have the CD version of Turbotax Deluxe 2023. It will not install. Have tried several times. When I click on Turbotax 2023 installer, get response that: "TURBOTAX 2023 CANNOT BE LAUNCHED. DIRECTLY LAUNCH BY WAY OF SETUP.EXE.  There is no SETUP.EXE to be found. HELP!!!

OR use the Download method instead.  There should be a card in the CD case or on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
