    There could be a number of issues causing an installation problem.  It would be helpful if you could provide more information.

     

    For example, you might describe which version of TurboTax you’re trying to install, whether you’re using Windows or Mac, and if you’re using Windows, which version you have installed.

    I contacted turbotax help and essentially I restarted the install process and the second time it took the key.
