If you are using TurboTax Desktop the issue with code 4D and 7D has been fixed. Please make sure you updated the software. You might have to delete and reenter Form 1099-R.
For TurboTax Online the fix is expected by the end of the week.
It's been fixed only in the desktop version of TurboTax. It had not yet been fixed in the online version of TurboTax.
It has now been fixed in the online version as well.
