Inherited house from foreginer

I will inherit a house from my father living in China. My father is a Chinese citizen. If I keep the house and sell it a few years later, do I need to pay tax on the house? If sell it right away, do I still need to pay tax? If I sell it a few years later, will it be considered to be my own asset instead of an inherited asset?
