I recently received two 1095a for this year. One is for two months where I had overlapping Medicaid and marketplace insurance due to a mistake with Medicaid. I thought I qualified for a special enrollment period due to a denial letter from Medicaid, but it turns out my case was still active. I canceled my marketplace coverage as soon as I knew, which was two months after getting marketplace coverage.
My other 1095a is from after I fixed with Medicaid and it ended and I signed up for Marketplace coverage again, so I believe that one is correct.
For my 1st 1095a, I am pretty sure due to the overlapping coverage that I was ineligible for the Premium Tax Credit. Due to this I’m worried the SLCSP is not correct. I have numbers in all three columns, no zeros.
Should I change anything when I enter? Or should I try to contact healthcare.gov to get a new 1095a?

No, you should not change anything on your 1095-A forms, unless you don't have the correct entries in column B. Enter them both, as is, and let TurboTax correctly calculate your Premium Tax Credit and prepare Form 8962. TurboTax will use the other information reported on your tax return along with your 1095-A forms to correctly calculate your PTC. The factors below determine the amount of your Premium Tax Credit. If you need to correct column B, use the Healthcare.gov Tax Tool to find the correct amount.
You must meet all of the following criteria to qualify for the premium tax credit:
