How do I review box 12 when Turbo Tax says I need to review because of duplicate entries when all the entries are from my employer and I can't change them?

The employer entered six box 12 items, when the W2 form only allows for four. They added an additional W2 form with the extra box 12 items which means there are now duplicate box 12a and 12b items and Turbo Tax wants me to fix it.

If there are more than 4 items in Box 12, enter the items that impact the tax return (Code D, E, G, M, N, P, Q, T, W, AA, BB, EE). You can omit the other two and it won't impact your tax return.
