Independent Contractor and W-2

I have been working for a veterinary clinic for 20 years as an independent contractor and always received a 1099.  Last year the business was bought by a corporation and while I still earn the same way as I did before, I now receive a W-2 instead of a 1099. The Statutory Employee box was not checked on my W-2. Can this still count as Qualified Business Income?

Thanks.

Independent Contractor and W-2

If you are a W-2 employee of the new corporation, then you are an employee.  You don't have business income, you have wages.  You report the W-2 as an employee, you don't have a schedule C, you can't deduct business expenses, and you follow all the other normal rules for employees.
