In years past I purchased TT at my local Staples and used it to file my and my 2 kids federal and state returns. Can I use the online version for this year?

Should I buy again at Staples or can I use the online app to all three?

You should continue to use the desktop software for tax year 2020 since you have multiple tax returns to file.

The TurboTax online editions can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID. So you would to create 3 online accounts with 3 unique User ID's and pay the online account fee for each account if not using the Free online editions.

I purchased Turbo Tax from Sam's Club, however, when I try to efile my state return, the credit is not applied when I enter my credit card info. What should I do?
