Hello where can I input my estimated tax quarterly payments? thanks

In TurboTax Self-employed, you can enter those estimated payments by clicking on the Federal Taxes (or Personal) tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, and click on Estimates.

You'll now be on the Estimated Taxes page where you'll see categories for federal, state, and local taxes.  Select the appropriate category and follow the prompts to enter the amount of estimated taxes paid throughout 2016.
