In my Ohio taxes, I need to change my entry for insurance premiums when I was eligible for Medicare, but Turbotax doesn't give me that option.

No, we are unable to change your return unless you had TurboTax prepare your return. The Medicare premiums count towards health insurance expenses. Please take a look at your worksheet, Unreimbursed Medical & Health Care Expenses.

OH states:

Unreimbursed Medical & Health Care Expenses Worksheet (Ohio Schedule A, Line 36). Only include amounts you paid for yourself, your spouse, and your dependents.
