In 2022, we filed jointly and our AGI was 182,743 This year we are filing separately. What AGI should my spouse use to transmit her Federal return, 182,743 was rejected?

Your 2022 AGI from line 11 of your Form 1040 is the same for each spouse--switching your filing status for 2023 does not change the AGI for 2022.  But if that amount did not work, try zero.  Sometimes the AGI just does not make it into the system.
