Importing W2's from Paylocity

I have two W2's from different employers that utilize Paylocity. When importing the second W2 (no matter which order), it removes the first one and inserts part of the information (Box 12 in this case) from the first W2. I'm leery of importing my spouse's W2 from Paylocity and am entering all information by hand.

If you are unable to properly import your W-2 information, entering them all manually is the best option. That way you will be sure that the information is correct and avoid any issues when filing.

You can get to the screens in TurboTax to enter your Form(s) W-2 as follows: 

1. Click on "Search" in the top right of your TurboTax screen.
2. Type "W-2" in the search bar.
3. Click on the link "Jump to W-2"
4. Continue through your TurboTax screens to manually enter your Form W-2
