Importing Fidelity tax documents in TurboTax online 2023

I'm accessing TurboTax online with Safari. When I tried to import my 1099 documents from Fidelity, the screen was displaying this banner "Important: The 1099 import service for netbenefits.com is unavailable this tax year. Please manually enter or upload the needed tax forms". I entered the numbers manually and I had to upload my 1099 to TurboTax. After reading some posts here I tried selecting the Import button and it connected to Fidelity. So what is this banner for?
