Importing brokerage transactions

Why can't I import my netxinvestor/pershing brokerage transactions? The PW, username and financial institution # are correct. Keep getting error message and to speak with financial advisor. But he has no clue.

Im trying to connect my capital one credit card to import transactions. It tells me they were not able to import the transactions.
