importing Ameriprise with two steop

Apparently, I need to provide my sign in information for Ameriprise.  I use two step process.  I assume that Turbotax has no way around the two step process, thus, importing is not available and a useless tool.

For Ameriprise, a TurboTax screen will initially ask for a "Package ID" and a "Document ID."   I can't see beyond that since I don't have an Ameriprise account.   I presume it's asking you to log into Ameriprise after you enter those 2 ID's.

What do you mean by "two-step process?"   Are you referring to MFA (multi-factor authentication) where after entering User ID and password you have to get a code on your phone/email or authentication app to enter to continue logging in?
