Selecting the brokerage firm we use, then select Import. Input our user name and passwords and Turbo Tax goes to an internet site and says "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax." I return to Turbo Tax and nothing happens. When I select import it goes right back to asking for user name and password and the same thing happens. I have used turbo tax for over 10 years and never had this happen in the past. Can anyone help me please?? Thank you!

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
