importing 1099 document

I tried to import my 1099 from TDA, using the correct account and document numbers.  But TT (downloaded) keeps putting up a dialog box that states, 

"the following fields have limits" and "Please enter the 11 character document ID without spaces." THAT'S WHAT I DID.  Why won't it accept this??
