Importing 1099-B from Charles Schwab

Hello,

I imported from Charles Schwab this morning Feb 25, 2026 using the corrected 1099-B (using the online import) and have a few questions. Under the stocks, bonds, etc area, there are a lot of items to that need to be reviewed with "The date this investment was acquired" (Needs info).

I looked at the statements and noticed it reads "VARIOUS". Should I check on "Something other than date" check box and choose "VARIOUS"?

2) The description for some line items of the investment (under stocks, bonds, etc) are off. For example, one of my investments its listed "P 500 ETF" but in the statements its actually "15 VANGUARD S&P 500 ETF". Should I correct it?
