import tax forms from banks

Hi, 

I have 2 questions regarding importing tax form from banks. #1. is there any capability difference among different TurboTax version in terms of import tax forms?

#2. does anyone experience import challenges from Wells Fargo recently? I was able to login, but data import always failed in last 3 days (4/2 - 4/5), could this be related with #1? I am using Premier version.

Please see the Help Article here and follow the steps using your Wells Fargo details.  

Here's an additional Help Article on how to import.  

If none of the above steps work, try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.  Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.
