Nope, it doesn't. It is ridiculous that I have the option to import Quicken etc, but no option to import Turbotax from last year.

@DCS1 You have to transfer the 2022 tax file in to your new 2023 tax return at the very beginning, before you enter any new 2023 data.  It is a transfer--not an import.
