Import from financial institution

Using Turbotax desktop and Chrome on a Mac, I can't import tax files from Schwab.

One window says "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to Turbotax",

But Turbotax says "The import was unsuccessful. We recommend you check your internet connection ..."

Is there a workaround ?

What to expect next:

• Corrected 1099-B forms will be issued on or around February 27, 2026.
• You will receive a notification when your corrected form is available.
• Once available, you will be able to import your updated tax information into your tax preparation software.
