I downloaded TurboTax and I am using the desktop version. When I tried to import 1099 from E*Trade, I got an "internal server error" and cannot login. I am 100% sure that I gave the correct username and password (I can use it to log in E*trade without problem), and I have set "security setting" to allow third party in my E*trade account by following the steps given by TurboTax. Is there any solution to this issue?
