Import for Lord Abbett does not work

Asks for account number and SSN. But, that does not work. Called Lord Abbett and they said that multiple customers have called with same issue. They believe it is a Turbo tax problem.

Is there something wrong with the TurboTax feature that imports the 1099s from your financial institution? It *looks* like it works, but nothing gets imported.
