I can log in to my E*Trade account using two different browsers (Edge & Chrome) - no problems with two-factor authentication. However, using the import 1099 data from within TurboTax Home & Business 2023, keep getting the message "E*Trade from Morgan Stanley: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-786-257 for password assistance." I called the number and was connected to E*Trade. They checked their side and cannot find any issues. Note I also had my E*Trade account set up to allow third-party sharing. So I do not why the 1099-DIV data cannot be imported by TurboTax. Help!
