Im not able to file my state return, because "Your state return isn't ready just yet; Form 104" What can I do?

If your state tax forms have not yet been finalized in TurboTax you cannot file the state return.

Click on Review on the left side of the online program screen as it will show you the forms and the dates they will be available.
