If I filed with turbotax Mar 23 but did not see an option of how to pay the $ I owe?

If you owe taxes to the IRS you can pay the balance due here: https://www.irs.gov/payments

If you owe taxes to your state, you can pay that by going to your state's department of revenue website and follow the prompts there.
