I finally found my 2016 AGI before im rejected im wanting to change it i dont see the option to do so , so does that mean i have to wait until they reject me to refile .

my 2023 tax return was filed Feb10,2023 and accepted. In checking status on IRS site "where is my return" i get back a flow chart which says "accepted>in review>refund not sent to bank. That info has been on going for 75 days now. What further can i do
