I filed my dads taxes for him. He is very computer illiterate and i'm not the best myself. His taxes were rejected 3 times due to his ippn. I tried to request a new one for him but irs web page gave me a 24hr block and today is the last day. He paid 160 dollars to file just to get nowhere, can he be refunded?
