I posted another question about what appears to be an error with TurboTax Online handling of IRA->401k rollovers:
TT Online is saying my 1099-R is not correct, but it is. My concern is what happens if TurboTax does not correctly report the 1099-R as a rollover on the actual 1040 tax form? I can't see the 1040 form until after I pay for TT and there is no way to edit the 1040...so if I find myself in that situation, can I request a refund of TT online and buy the download version instead? Thanks

I am referring your original question in a private section of the forum so Intuit employees can address it. I personally cannot address this question as I do not work for Intuit. I recommend you wait until the underlying issue is fixed before filing.
Thank you so much! Agreed, I will wait to file with TT until this issue is resolved, or I will use some other product if it can't be resolved.
