If TurboTax has trouble extracting information from uploaded w2 source (JPG, PDF, Etc.), what else then do you do if you cannot speak with anyone?

I've tried the other multiple times as well and nothing is working.

If TurboTax has trouble extracting information from uploaded w2 source (JPG, PDF, Etc.), what else then do you do if you cannot speak with anyone?

A 2021 W-2 can no longer be imported. A 2022 W-2 cannot be imported until early February 2023.

If the W-2 cannot be imported, enter it manually.
