If turbo tax desktop 2022 is asking for the state product confirmation number? How do I find it?

Here's an old thread from 5-6 years ago which might still be helpful, but I'm not sure.   In any case read the whole thing.  There are some screen images from the time lower down in the thread, but I'm not sure if it's still the same 5 years later.   In any case, it looks like you will still have to phone TurboTax Support for this issue.
