If the tax program will not accept either of the two options offered, what do I do?

Montana pension exemption page asks if I am eligible for exemption and I can respond that " I am not eligible" or "continue".  No matter which I select Turbotax returns to the MT pension exemption page.  What do I do?

It sounds like you may have an incomplete entry on that form. Here is how to delete that:

1. Click on Tax Tools toward the bottom left corner.
2. Select Tools.
3. Click on Delete a form.
4. Scroll down the list and delete Part Pension Ex under your Montana return. 
5. To delete a form, click Delete on the right and then Confirm the delete.
