If the irs send a letter saying they need me to send 8962 form and 1095, will it take another 6-8 weeks before I get my return

Generally, they allow a taxpayer to fax the information in  to a special processing  unit.  It delays the refund some, but  more like 3-4 weeks if you get your information in rapidly.
