If SSI was your only source of income you do not need to file a return. If you had other income, you need to include the SSI.

How do I file it? There are no forms for it...

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security to enter your SSA1099.

"The forms SSA-1099 and SSA-1042S are not available for people who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI)."
