To claim your son as a Dependent he must Meet all of these requirements:

The requirement might him unable to be claimed as a Dependent by you is

They aren't (or won't be) claimed as a dependent by someone else.

IF Dad claims him, you cannot.

It's been 2 months and I haven't gotten the rest of my refund and I am getting pretty upset about that why in the heck haven't I gotten it yet??
