If my return is rejected; what do I do?

You have two options.

You should have received an email with the reason for the rejection. You can correct the problem and submit for efile again OR

You can go to File Step 3 and chose to file by mail. You will print and mail your tax return. 

If you decide to mail, let us know your state and we can provide the mailing addresses for both the IRS and your state return (if needed).
