If my refund was rejected because I did not select I was a dependent how do I change it in the site after it's been rejected? There is no "my info" tab anymore

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Edit your personal information to change your dependency status.

the menu with the "my info" tab doesn't come up, could this be a glitch?

Looks like the programmers have changed the layout of the online edition.

Once you have accessed the 2023 online tax return -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Topic List

Click on Personal Info
