It sounds as if you had more than one account and you are looking at the wrong one if you know that you filed for 2017 and received a tax refund.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

If the return rejected and you mailed in the return then the TT program will always indicate the efile was rejected ... TT doesn't get any update on mailed in returns ... so there is nothing you need to do at this time.
i need to revise my taxes from 2017 ?
@Jsilvasan Please explain. Did you file your 2017 tax return and was it fully processed? Did you make a mistake or need to add information now? If so, you need to prepare an amended return on a Form 1040X and we can tell you how to do that.
Or has it not yet ever been filed--is it just sitting there in your online account waiting for you to make changes ("revise") so you can file it?
We need to know which it is so we can advise further.
@Jsilvasan You have posted short little entries to several other threads, and it is difficult to tell what you are trying to ask about.
If your 2017 tax return was rejected and NEVER filed, then print it, sign it and mail it. It is too late to e-file it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late, and you have up to three years to file and receive a refund. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
This "sounds" like you were unable to e-file the 2017 return for whatever reason, so instead you printed, signed and mailed it to the IRS. If this is your case, then what you see online will say rejected *FOREVER*. TurboTax has no way of knowing that you actually mailed your tax return, and the IRS does not notify TurboTax (or anyone else for that matter) on the status of a mailed return. So what you see online for 2017 will say "rejected" *forever*.
