If I was informed to mail in my form do I have to mail them in? Or does TurboTax do it for me?

Box 1 for one of my W2s is empty as I worked for one day for like 5 hours. But still had taxes come out.

TurboTax does not mail your return for you.   If you are filing by mail you have to print it, sign it and date it in ink, and mail it yourself.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

That is an improper W-2 since box 2 can only be that part of box 1 that was withheld for tax and it is not possible to withhold from nothing.

You need a corrected W-2.
