If I pay sales and use taxes quarterly, do I still file at the end of the year?
Yes. Your sales/use tax is something you pay to your state or lower level taxing authority such as your county or city. You still have to file a federal tax return, and if your state taxes your income you still have to file a state tax return too.

Hey, lets make sure you're using the right program for your business. If your business is a sole-proprietorship or single member LLC, then you need to be using TurboTax Self-Employed if using the online version, or at least TurboTax Deluxe if using the CD/Download version that you physically install on your computer. If your business is not one of these, then let us know so we get you to the right program.
