If I paid TurboTax fees but did not file my taxes can I cancel my payment

If you have not actually e-filed your tax return, then you will need to contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a support agent concerning a refund.  If you have e-filed your tax return, then the payment will likely not be refunded.
