I had extra money taken from each paycheck to be put in both state and federal taxes. I was wondering if there was a place to put that in deduction or if it already was factored in.

If you had "extra"money withheld form your paycheck it is already factored in on your W-2.

This would already be factored in to the W-2 as the taxes paid. The amount of your federal tax will be higher than if you had not paid the extra.
Re: If i paid extra each paycheck towards taxes where do i put that? Is it already factored in?
@xmasbaby0 said it correctly,"If you had "extra"money withheld form your paycheck it is already factored in on your W-2."
It should be included in the withholding in W2 box 2. Just enter box 2. Or ask your employer if you're not sure box 2 includes the extra amount. It's not broken out separately. It's all the same withholding.
