If I moved, do I put my current address (TX) or the address I lived in with the state I am filing taxes (OH)? Currently TX address on OH return. Is this correct?

Yes, correct.  You should enter current mailing address where you can receive correspondence from the IRS and/or OH Department of Revenue should they need to contact you.
