If I have to now mail in my taxes since the return was rejected, do I get my money back from Turbo tax?

Thank you for using the TurboTax product.  TurboTax fees are charged in order to take the answers you've provided throughout the interview and accurately prepare your return--for filing by mail or electronically filing.  At times, there are scenarios where individuals are prevented from e-filing their return and must mail their documents.
