No.  It does not work that way at all.  You file ONE tax return with all of your W-2's on it and both of your dependents listed on that tax return.  You list your children in My Info and enter their Social Security numbers,  Then you enter your income in Federal>Wages & Income.  After you have finished entering the first W-2, click Add W-2 and enter the other one.

Thank you. I only recieved one of my w2s so far, can i just save and exit my tax return and add the other w2 on when i get it ?

Yes.  You can save and sign out.  When your other W-2 comes then you can come back and enter it. Do not file your tax return until you are sure you have entered everything.
