If I get Form TC-40W (1): Payer ID must be 14 characters long without hyphens, you must go back to federal W-2 or 1099 to update the employer/payer state. it is right

I go back and  line 1 puts the hyphen in automatically and there are no hypens in 2

Don't know about the hyphens, but you need to put in a lower case "wth" at the end for any Utah state employer ID #

(this is NOT the Federal ID # where a hyphen will show up)
