If I filed with TurboTax last year and logged in using the same email but changed my password why can’t I see my 2022 tax returns?

So I used the same email as last year but decided to change my password since I couldn’t remember it from last year. I was able to see my previous tax return for a little bit and then accidentally exited the page and when I tried to go back to it it’s welcoming me as a new person and I can’t see the 2022 tax return anymore.

You may have logged into a different account.  If you prepared your tax return using TurboTax Online, it is still in the account you used to file it.  To check for other accounts that use the same the email address go to:  Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in
